POSTAGE
Postage is charged at £5.00 for delivery to all UK postcodes including the Channel Islands, all EU countries and the United States.
DELIVERY
Delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom will be performed by the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. If your order is placed on Monday to Friday by 2:00 PM, you should receive your product by the next day. If your order is placed outside of these times it should arrive one day later than that. Deliveries will not be made on Sundays.
Deliveries to addresses in other EU countries and the United States should reach you within one week of ordering.
All parcels must be signed for upon receipt: if you will not be at home during normal office hours you may want to give us an alternative address where someone will be present to sign for the parcel. We will not, therefore, deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
CHARGING
Credit cards are not charged until the goods are shipped to you. The right to refuse or restrict any order is reserved.
RETURNS
Returns. A return can be made within 14 days. A customer's return should be wrapped securely, preferably in the same packaging in which it was sent to them, and returned to:

The customer should include a fully completed returns form (there will be one included in the original package). The customer must ensure that all goods are returned by registered delivery for proof of postage, we suggest with adequate insurance, as Amymone Limited cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns. We regret that we cannot refund any postage charges incurred if the customer has changed their mind about their purchase.
